About
Hi, I'm Ester.
I help young people feel less alone with what they're carrying, and walk out with tools that actually work in real life.

Why I do this work
Adolescence, your twenties, and your thirties can be some of the loneliest stretches of life, so much pressure, so much change, and often a sense that no one really gets it. I became a therapist because I believe people deserve a space where they're taken seriously, met with warmth, and never judged for what they're feeling.
Everyone feels anxious, overwhelmed, or low sometimes. When those feelings build up with nowhere to go, they start to shape everyday life, school, friendships, family, sleep, self-worth. My job is to help you understand what's happening and build healthier ways to carry it.
What it's like to work with me
Warm, collaborative, and practical. I'm not the silent, clipboard kind of therapist. We'll talk like real people, figure out what matters to you, and work toward goals that are actually yours. With younger clients I keep families appropriately involved; with adults in their 20s and 30s I follow your lead.
I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), DBT skills, person-centered and strengths-based approaches, but I lead with the relationship first. The method serves you, not the other way around.
