How I help

Real support for what young people actually carry

Each of these is a focused area I work in often. They overlap, we'll start wherever it hurts most.

Anxiety & overwhelm

Racing thoughts, a knot in the stomach, dread before school, worry that won't switch off at night. We work on understanding what fuels the anxiety and building concrete tools, from CBT and ACT, to bring the volume down and get life feeling manageable again.

ADHD & school stress

When focus, organization, and follow-through are a daily battle, it's exhausting, and it's easy to start believing you're "lazy" or "not smart." You're not. We build strategies that fit how this brain actually works, and address the self-esteem hit that often comes with it.

Self-esteem & identity

The "I'm not good enough" voice gets loud in the teen years and through your 20s and 30s. Together we unpack where that story comes from, loosen its grip, and build a steadier, kinder relationship with yourself.

Family & peer relationships

Conflict at home, friendship fallouts, feeling unseen or misunderstood. We work on communication, boundaries, and navigating relationships in a way that protects your wellbeing. For younger clients, I involve families thoughtfully and appropriately.

What to expect

Knowing what's coming makes the first step easier.

1. Free 15-min consult

A short, no-pressure call to hear what's going on and see if we're a fit. Parents are welcome on this call for younger clients.

2. First sessions

We get to know each other and map the full picture, no rushing, no judgment. You set the pace.

3. The work

We build practical skills toward goals that are genuinely yours, and adjust as life changes.
